6 typical challenges with ADHD

Racing thoughts out of control

Your mind feels like a chaotic marketplace: thousands of thoughts, countless voices, no peace. You want to focus, but your brain jumps from one idea to the next.

Forgetfulness deluxe

Appointments, names, keys – everything seems to vanish through an invisible hole in your memory. No matter how often you try to remember, something always slips away.

Impulsive rocket launched

You say whatever comes to mind or act before you think. Afterwards, you ask yourself: “Why did I do that?” But by then, it’s already too late.

Emotions in the fast lane

A small spark is enough, and your feelings explode. Joy, anger, or sadness – everything is intense, loud, and sometimes overwhelming. Afterwards, you often feel drained.

Concentration? What’s that?

You sit down, start a task – and then… nothing happens. Your thoughts wander, and by the end of the day, you haven’t accomplished what you intended.

Inner restlessness – your constant companion

Your body never wants to stay still. Fidgeting, rocking, tapping – you simply can’t switch off, even when you try.

What can you expect from the free summit?

8 good reasons why the ADHD Summit will help you

  • Understanding connections – without technical jargon: Leading experts explain what ADHD really means – from biological causes to psychological aspects to the latest research findings. Understandable, practical, and simply explained.
  • Improving concentration and organizing thoughts: Learn how to better structure the chaos in your head and specifically improve your concentration. With proven step-by-step instructions, you’ll learn to maintain your focus and complete tasks – without constant distraction. This will help you make even better use of your creativity and flexibility.
  • Overcoming forgetfulness: Learn how to better organize your daily life with simple techniques and clever tools, so you stop constantly forgetting things – from appointments to important details. Transform your “weakness” into a strength: flexibility with structure.
  • Calming emotional chaos: Understand why your emotions sometimes go on a roller coaster ride. You’ll get methods to become more emotionally balanced and resilient – so you learn to better control your feelings and gain more control over your inner experience.
  • Getting impulsivity under control: You act spontaneously and often have brilliant ideas – but sometimes the timing is off? Here you’ll learn how to manage impulsive behavior without losing your spontaneity and creativity. A skill that will benefit you in conversations, decisions, or conflicts.
  • Holistic nutrition for your brain: Learn which foods and nutrients help you increase your concentration, reduce restlessness, and strengthen your mental health long-term. You’ll discover how you can alleviate your ADHD symptoms with simple adjustments to your diet.
  • Finally sleeping better: Sleep problems are not uncommon with ADHD. Discover how you can improve your sleep with targeted methods like light therapy and evening routines to start the day refreshed and full of energy.
  • Discovering innovative approaches: From the gut-brain axis to reflex integration – the Summit introduces you to new, scientifically-based methods that can help you treat ADHD holistically. Today is just the first day of the Osteoporosis Congress. And I'm already more than excited about the variety of topics, the different speakers and the moderator Samuel Kochenburger, who confidently accompanies the individual topics. I can only warmly recommend it to anyone who still has the opportunity to take part in this congress. It's worth it!!!

I have suffered from thyroid disease for more than 40 years and have lived without a thyroid for 20 years. In retrospect, I realize that I was being experimented on and that my complaints were not taken seriously. During this congress I felt like I was wearing seven-league boots. So quickly, I learned so much that had remained hidden from me until then. This congress offers well-structured and easy-to-understand contributions. Now I can exercise my personal responsibility more efficiently and, above all, with information that is beneficial to my health. I am very grateful that this congress took place. Thank you for the congress package. I value acquiring this for myself and my children. I would like to post a big heart.
I would like to say to all those involved: “Thank you for existing!”

Your hosts at the ADHD Summit:

Alexandra Anthopoulou

Alexandra Anthopoulou | Consultant for Holistic Health

Hello! My name is Alexandra Anthopoulou, and I am very excited to be part of the host team at the ADHD Summit. Based on my own experience with ADHD, I decided to train as a holistic nutritional consultant to help myself with my challenges.

My curiosity was sparked, and it didn’t stop with just this one training. By now, I can hardly count how many I've completed. I have intensively explored all aspects of holistic health – from gut health and the microbiome to thyroid and hormone health, everything was included. For a total of five years, I have successfully supported people in achieving their health goals.

For two years now, I have been doing this full-time and am completely self-employed. I love educating about holistic health topics on social media, regularly participate in podcast interviews, and now I co-host the ADHD Summit for you! ADHD affects both children and adults, with symptoms and possible causes varying from person to person. In this Summit, we want to show you which factors are considered triggers of ADHD and how you can actively address your symptoms – and ideally even turn them into your strength!

The knowledge you gain from this Summit will help you make informed decisions and better understand ADHD.

I look forward to accompanying you on this journey through the ADHD Summit and discovering exciting topics together. You can expect inspiring presentations, interviews with experts, and many practical tips – stay tuned!

Alexandra Anthopoulou

Hello! My name is Christina Winzig, and I am very excited to be part of the host team at the ADHD Summit. As a trained molecular medicine specialist and experienced medical editor, I have specialized for years in making complex medical facts easily understandable.

Even as a child, I was a curious researcher and always wanted to understand how things are connected. This thirst for knowledge has stayed with me to this day, and it is my passion to make the world of science and medicine accessible to everyone. I write articles for online portals, work on the production of textbooks, and now I co-host the ADHD Summit for you!

ADHD affects children and adults alike, with symptoms and possible causes differing for each person.

With this Summit, we want to show you which causes are suspected behind ADHD and how you can counter your symptoms and even transform them into your superpower!

With the knowledge you gain from this Summit, you will be able to make conscious decisions and better understand ADHD.

I look forward to accompanying you through the ADHD Summit and exploring these fascinating topics together. Look forward to inspiring presentations, expert interviews, and practical tips!

I am the founder of the largest self-help group for gut health, which specializes in exchange and support during these life phases. I place great value on evidence-based approaches and work with scientifically founded studies to support people in finding their own solutions.

My goal is to offer practical help for self-help and to show individual paths for various questions.

Hello, my name is Stefanie Baumann. I began my professional journey with training as a veterinary assistant and animal naturopath. A serious illness of my own led me into the world of alternative medicine for humans. After various training courses and continuing education in the areas of pain prevention, personalized micro-nutrient counseling, and coaching, I met Jan Kielmann in 2018. Together, we organize seminars under the name Nutrigenomik Deutschland and publish information on health and genetics topics.

After further training in epigenetics, nutrigenomics, and functional genomics, I now offer gene-based health counseling as well as personalized micro-nutrient counseling, integrating the principles of functional genomics.

It is close to my heart to convey medical knowledge and helpful strategies to people in an understandable way, so they can actively take their health into their own hands.
